Obesity is a very common problem now-a- days. Every second person is trying to lose weight, stay healthy and look good. But the question is what foods to eat to lose weight. In this search, most people opt for food habits which just in the opposite way suitable i.e. suitable for gaining weight. A perfect research is very important in this matter. We have to go for food which is low in carbohydrates and rich in other minerals like vitamins, proteins, healthy fats etc. Healthy fats are a very important topic. There is a common believe that one have to completely avoid fat rich foods to lose weight. But there is a different class of fat called monosaturated fatty acids or MUFAs which is a healthy fat and helps losing weight and is a must in the diet plan for losing weight. You must plan what food to eat to lose weight. There are dieting schedules present for this purpose but that needs a medical consultation before being started because physical conditions need different schedules and with a wrong schedule one can end up in developing health problems. Certain foods helpful for losing weight are:-

EGGS: – Rich in protein, this is very helpful for dieting. It keeps stomach fuller for long and prevents rise in blood sugar level which will lead to food carving. Its protein content won’t let u feel weak.

BEANS: – An option on the best food to burn calories is beans. It is reach in fiber and a bowl of bean contains 15 gm of fiber. Besides it contains a hormone that helps in digestion named cholecystokinin which is a natural hunger killer and hence beans will make u feel fuller for longer which helps remove the carvings.

SALADS: – With adding a bowl of salads in our food menu, we can restrict the amount of calorie intake. But cream dressed salads are to be avoided. Instead vinegar and oil dressing salads should be taken which also helps in burning fats quicker.

SOUPS: – Soups are always very fulfilling and a bowl full of soup is a best food to lose calorie. A very plain soup satisfies appetite because our brain takes accepts it as a very satisfactory food. Vegetable soups, hot and sour soup, thai soups, chicken soups are some of the types. Soups and salads are the best foods to lose calories faster.

GRAPE FRUITS: – Grape fruits are very famous for the grape fruits diet. Grape fruit juice before meals will help you to lose weight faster. It converts the food in energy form rather in calories and obesity.

BANANAS: – They are a great food in dieting plans because they fulls the stomach and provides a lot of energy to the body. Add bananas in breakfast or in other meals. This can be also mixed with ice creams to make a tasty banana shake.

OAT-MEALS: – this is a food rich in fiber and a bowl of oatmeal daily is enough for a day’s fiber intake. This thing will make u feel fuller so long gaps can be taken between food intakes which are very important to make u lose weight faster.
