Losing weight is a very hot topic always. looking around we can find lots of people who wants to lose their weight but doesn’t know how to do this. Foods play a very important role in loosing weight. With eating properly, we can gain the much desired slim look. And it is the improper consumption of this food that draws obesity. But the topic is  what can I eat to lose weight. We have to consume foods which are rich in protein and other minerals expect carbohydrate. Because carbohydrate is the base of obesity. Carbohydrate transforms into blood sugar after eating and draws the secretion of insulin which transforms it into fat. Some of the fats are used by the body and unused part is stored for later use and unfortunate this later use never happens. Beside very oily foods are also a strict no no. Homemade foods with lots of oil create obesity. Junk foods out outside with which we are very used to are also a strict no no. But it’s not like during diets, we only have to consume un-tasty foods. With a little change in the cooking hobbits, we can make the food tasty and easy to eat. There are people who eats when they are upset, angry, feeling lonely, etc. These things cause obviously weight gain. With a bit of correction of this habit and eating at the time only when we are hungry will help this dieting process a lot. But it is too confusing to choose what can I eat to lose weight.

WHAT CAN I EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT:-

EGG:-  mostly it says that eggs should not be taken during dieting. But eggs contain lots of protein and less carbohydrate which makes it a suitable food during dieting. Beside the protein in it provides strength to the body and will make u feel active.

MUSHROOMS:-  this thing also known as the meat of vegetarians because of its texture and taste which is nearly same as meat. It’s very good for the body because of its high water content and low calorie content. Again it contains lots of b vitamins like niacin, foliate and riboflavin. It strengthens the immune system and makes your body prevent cancer.

OATS:-  oats contains lots of fiber. Fiber is a ingredient which promotes weight loss, increases digestion rates and make stomach full. It is a must have during diets. The steel cut and rolled oats are the less processed one and hence retains its minerals to the highest point.

GREEN TEA:- It is a drink full of anti oxidants, water and low in calories. It helps preventing metabolic syndrome which helps preventing belly fat.

GRAPE FRUIT:- This fruit helps in the low secretion of insulin and keeps the hunger at low point thus making the body to use its stored fat.

BLUE BERRIES:- This a low calorie option in snacking instead of high calorie snacks. It also has anti oxidants which helps preventing cancer.

GREEK-YOGURT:- This can be a substitute of cream in our daily food which is high in calories and this is low in calories.

OLIVE OIL:- This has high healthy fats which helps in weight loss.
