Simply Beautiful Natural Makeup Tutorial

Sometimes wearing no makeup may feel a little bold, and you may not feel fully comfortable doing that. Whether you have acne, are sensitive about your complexion, or aren’t comfortable seeing people you may know without any makeup on, we have a solution.  By watching this video, you will find a simple way to solve that problem.  Either way, you are beautiful, but I would love to work with you in order to make you feel more confident. This specific look captures your natural beauty, leaving you feeling confidently beautiful.  Here we go!

1.  Skin Coverage

Do you not have an even skin tone, and trying to find a way how to do so?  Use a light liquid coverage that matches your skin tone.  By using a fluffy wide brush, buff it into your skin for even coverage.  Light coverage is perfect for this look, because it is light; it still allows for your natural glow to shine through while covering up all of your insecurities.  While doing this, make sure your blend it into your hair line and neck, to avoid the distinct line that some may have.  This technique of make up makes it seem that you are wearing none, or very minimum use of make up, so you do not want to have a make up line.  Buff the make up into your skin, until you do not see any blotches!

2. Concealer

If you are suffering from dark under eye, or even to just want to brighten up your eyes, use this simple technique.  After you have even coverage, put concealer under your eyes and in the inner corner of your eyes.  By putting concealer under your eyes and the inner corner of your eyes, it gives the illusion of being more awake, even though you may have only have gotten four hours of sleep that night.  To blend this into your skin, dab this under your eye and in the corner, using a pressing, dabbing motion using your finger.  Concealer does wonders to make you look wide awake!

3. Face Powder

Since we are going for the natural look, we do not want to go too heavy with the face powder.  In order to keep the natural glow of your face, use the powder to minimize the shine in the T-zone of your face.  In case you do not know what the T-zone is, it is across your forehead and down the center line of your face.  Lightly put this powder on your face, without making your face look heavy.

4. Blush

Blush is a wonderful part of the makeup routine, that accents your cheek bone and brings color to your face.  Depending on what tone your skin has, you have different color options for blush.  For this specific look, it is your decision on how bold you’d like to be.  Personally, I’d stick with the more peachy and pinks for this look.  I think it is important to bring slight color to your face and let it be a subtle accent to your face.  You want this look to stay as natural and simple as possible.

5. Eyebrows

Depending on how obsessed you are with your eyebrows or not, allows you to have options.  If you aren’t too into your eyebrows or want to stay with the most natural look, you can just brush your eyebrows.  If you want to sharpen up your eyebrows and shape them, you can fill them in using a pencil.  It depends on the day if I fill my eyebrows in or not, and it looks good either way.  You would rock either option!

6. Eye shadow

It’s your choice if you would like to put eye shadow on or not with this look.  If you didn’t want to put eye shadow on, then just continue with all of the other steps besides this one.  If you were to decide that you would like to wear eye shadow, then stay with the lighter neutral colors.  Apply the eye shadow over your eye lid.  By applying light eye shadow over your eye lid, it gives the illusion that you are more awake and bright eyed!  This look is very simple and refreshing, which is great for any day!

7. Mascara

Every girl has their specific mascara technique that works for them, and we do not want to change that.  Whether it’s applying to just your upper lashes, or both of your upper and lower lashes.  Mascara adds to your eyes in this look, and makes your eyes more bold and defined.  Just make sure that your mascara is clean and that your eyelashes are spread apart and not clumpy.  Remember that this look is meant to be as natural as possible and not over the top, so do not feel the need to over apply.

8. Lip Gloss

The final touch to this look is lip gloss.  This look is viewed to be natural and simple, so I wouldn’t go too bold with the lips.  This look should have lip gloss that is the shade of your natural lips, or a shade lighter.  I would not go with a dark color that is bold and distracting.  In my eyes, simple make up ideas like these provide a simple way to show your true beauty.  Your eyes are the windows to your soul, so let them be the main focus!
