As far as poultry is concerned, you can pick skinless turkey or chicken breasts and also ground lean turkey. Vegetables are also on the unlimited list. So munch on ample broccoli, bell peppers, artichokes, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, leafy vegetables, green beans, eggplant, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, lettuce etc. these vegetables are termed as cleansing vegetables.
