High fat milk:- We all know the fact that milk has high calories but then also we prefer it. Having milk in quantity basis is good for your health but if you overdo it will make your health bigger. So before having high fat milk looks in to the quantity basis.

Spreads:- To be honest, We all like butter toast  but do we exactly know how it affect us? Butter consists of pure fat which get absorb to your body. Having butter daily can cause clotting in arteries. You can have butter sometimes but remember not to take it as a daily food. As it will add up to your body. You need to avoid these types of food otherwise you cannot make your body fit.
