Food Can Maintain Your Weight

Most of the people want to lose weight by eating food .They are always looking for   best food to lose weight. When you want to lose fat, at first in stomach area, it can show. This place is unhealthy to store extra fat, but removal of belly fat is tough. Your weight is dependent on your food item. So the question is which is the best food to lose weight?

Some types of food you need to reduce fat:-

Vegetables: In some vegetables like lemons, tomatoes etc vitamin C is present which help you to break down your fat cells.
Fruits:-  Fruits like oranges, apples, watermelon, bananas, grapefruit
also help to reduce your fat. In apples huge rate of pectin is present which helps to absorb fat from your body. An apple can lose your weight up to 30%. Drinking a glass of grapefruit juice daily helps to drop your weight.
Green Tea:-  Green tea is an antioxidants it is also known as catechins which can increases  our body metabolism, so green tea will reduce fat faster. In blood green tea also maintains sugar levels. It is also help to reduce the maximum risk  of cancer.

Seafood:-  Seafood help to reduce your fat because of  the presence  Omega-3 acid.

Salad:- By eating salad You can control your food  amount . Using of  oil-and-vinegar salad is better than creamy salad because oil-and-vinegar salad helps to  reduce calories quicker. So to lose your  weight eat salad before your meal.

Eggs. Eggs also help to lose weight. Eggs  feel you full longer than other foods because huge amount of protein is present in eggs. Protein help to omits hunger pangs. And  blood sugar is also prevented by protein.

Beans:- Beans is another good food to reduce weight. Beans contain cholecystokinin(digestive hormone). Cholecystokinin is a natural appetite suppressant. After Eating beans it decrease your hunger feeling.And it stay for longtime on your stomach, so it helps omit your cravings.

Soups. I think soup is favorite item for everyone  and for  weight lose it is one of the best item. Researchers said that a simple soup satisfies us when we are hungry because our stomach and brain like it too much.

Oil:-At cooking time, use olive oil instead of fatty oils. This type of oil does not create as much cholesterol. Due to this excess calories will burn.

Some food items which we have to avoid maintaining our body are described here. Milk has high calories but we prefer it mostly. We have to maintain limit because perfect quantity is good for health but excess is not good for health, it can help growth of your fat.

And another heavy food is butter. Most of us prefer bread butter at breakfast but it can consist  of pure fat which is not good for our health. You can eat butter some time but regular is not good for your health.
